This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner assailing the order dated 28.03.2022 under nnexure-16 wherein the Petitioner has been dismissed from service just before his superannuation from service.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that Rule-32 of the H.R. Policy meant for CCB employees provides for an appeal against the impugned order. 5.
Considering such submissions, the Petitioner is directed to approach the appellate authority by filing an appeal stating all the grounds available to him. In the event such an appeal is filed within three weeks from today along with an application for condonation of delay, the appellate authority shall do well to consider the delay in filing the appeal liberally and condone the same and consider the appeal in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a
period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
