This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today for no instruction. The same be tagged to the records. 3.
On perusal of the record, it is found that the Petitioner is on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release and after expiry of the said interim bail period no surrender certificate has been filed on his behalf. The concerned IIC of the Police Station is directed to apprehend the Petitioner and the learned trial Court is also directed to take step in accordance with law for production of the Petitioner and proceed against the bailor.
