The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 13.11.2018 passed in O.A. No. 1414 (C) of 2014, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, has denied to grant regular scale of pay and also to regularize the service of the Petitioner by dismissing the Original Application filed by the him.

On perusal of the Writ Petition, it appears that the Writ Petition was filed on 14.11.2019 and when the matte was listed on 21.11.2019, on the request made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the same was adjourned to 05.12.2019. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 05.12.2019, again on the request made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 19.12.2019. On 19.12.2019, again learned Counsel for the Petitioner made request to adjourn the matter and, as such, the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2020. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 09.01.2020, again learned Counsel for the Petitioner requested to adjourn the matter and, as such, on his request, the matter was adjourned to next week. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 24.01.2020, learned Counsel for the

Petitioner sought adjournment to file copy of the Original Application along with affidavit and accordingly the matter was directed to be listed after one week. On 16.03.2020, when the matter was listed, again learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was directed to be listed after one week. As such, till date copy of the Original Application along with the affidavit has not been filed by the Petitioner. This clearly indicates that the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
