Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering there is considerable delay in disposal of a mutation case, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Berhampur-opposite party no.2 for showing final outcome in Mutation Case vide M.C No.289 of 2022 at least completing the proceeding within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
