1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in this petition, issue notice to the opp. Parties and after hearing direction be issued to the opp. Parties No.3 and 4 to publish/ declare the result of the petitioner vide his Roll No. KPD/FRD-32 as per his Admit Card under Annexure-10 of the recruitment test to the post of Attendant conducted by the said opp. Party No.4 as per his office Advertisement under Annexure-7 and to take follow up action on the result of the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

And further this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass any other order(s)/ direction (s) as would be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray"

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-13 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sneha
