Even though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the appellate authority under the provisions of Payment Gratuity Act, passed by the Appellate Authority in P.G.(Appeal) No.9 of 2021, but it is submitted by Mr. Mohapatra that in the meantime the deposit amount of Rs.22,66,000/- has been disbursed in favour of opp. party no.3 pursuant to the order passed by the controlling authority on 21.9.2022.

In view of the same, the prayer as made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
