This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 24.09.2022. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that criminal antecedents of the Petitioner could not be informed to this Court on 24.09.2022 when the order was passed. However, the same was detected that the Petitioner is having two criminal antecedents. 4.

Considering such submission, verification of criminal antecedents as has been stated in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 24.09.2022 stands modified. In 11th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 24.09.2022 in place of 'one', "two" be added. Further, at the

// 2 // end of Para-4 the following line be added.

"Release of the Petitioner shall also be subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter." 5.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 24.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
