I.A No.2295 of 2022 1.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 25.11.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directed release of the Petitioner subject to verification of the criminal antecedent.

It is submitted that subsequently the Petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in another two cases, namely, Baidyanathpur P.S. Case Nos.198 of 2022 and 199 of 2022.

It is further submitted that the aforesaid cases have been filed to ensure that the Petitioner is not released from custody. 6.

Be that as it may, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 25.11.2022 as prayed for due to criminal antecedents, as noted.

It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin which shall be considered on its on merit keeping in view that this Court had earlier directed for release of the Petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.
