Considering the contentions raised, the words and figure "Clause-4.2 (c)" appearing in the 4th and 6th paragraphs of the order dated 26.09.2022 stands corrected as "Clause-4.4.A(a)". 5.

With the above modification, the rest part of the order dated 26.09.2022 remain unaltered.
