The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order of eviction dated 17th August, 2022 (Annexure-1) issued by the Area Personnel Manager, Talcher Area of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Angul-Opposite Party No.3 to vacate company Quarter No.A-98, Dera Colony of Talcher Area within seven days.
