In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that in the charge-sheet submitted in the case names of these Petitioners do not find mention to face the trial for commission of offence; learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application seeking liberty for the Petitioners to renew their prayer in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
