Learned counsel for the State submits that in spite of the order dated 11.11.2022, the names, addresses and documents of two new local sureties have not been furnished to him for obtaining instruction.

Since this bail application is of the year 2019 and the rejection order is dated 07.11.2019 and in the meantime, three years have already passed, the BLAPL is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
