This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner, Mr.Rama Chandra Panda, has written a letter to the IIC, Mangalabag Police Station, the opposite party No.4, in this proceeding by informing that on 25.11.2022, he had located his daughter. She was found to be married to one Susil Dalai, son of late Arjun Dalai. His daughter has been living a conjugal life with that person. It has been also intimated that he will not proceed with this case any longer. 3.
In view of the statement made by the petitioner to the opposite party No.4, this writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
Mr. A.K.Budhia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has clearly submitted that if the petitioner himself has stated so, there cannot be any reason to carry forward the proceeding. 5.
Mr. D.Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate has appeared for the State.

A copy of the letter of the petitioner written to IIC, Mangalabag Police Station is taken on record.
