This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 26.10.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in place of District Manager, Odisha State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. be inserted and further in view of the modification as prayed for, time to approach the authority be extended for a further period of one week.

Accordingly, in 7th line of Paragraph-5 of the order dated 26.10.2022 in place of "District Manager, Odisha State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. Bhubaneswar", "Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd, Bhubaneswar" be inserted and the
