This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to release the grade pay of Rs.4200/- as 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of service in the light of the judgment dated 24.06.2022 passed in WPC Nos. 7281 of 2018 and 4848 of 2021.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-3 and direction be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, taking into consideration the order under Annexure-5, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3, taking into consideration the order under Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
