For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the Order No.

application at the instance of the petitioner, vide Annexure-2 on the selfsame grounds, this writ petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.4 to look into the request of the petitioner, vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

This Court records its anxiety as this Court is in receipt of similar litigations of this nature continuously over a period of three months. The dispute involves release of subsidy. It is not understood why the competent authority requires High Court order in every case, once one case is disposed of with a specific direction, all similar matters can be guided by the single direction of this Court. The District Fisheries Officer, Balasore is directed to find out all such

// 2 // application pending and deciding in terms of existing order of this Court to avoid unnecessary burden to the High Court. 3.

A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr.U.K.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel to give necessary advise to the District Fisheries Officer, Balasore.
