Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 20.07.2022 under Annexure-8 passed by the Registrar, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla. 4.

Since the petitioner had been engaged through outsourcing agency and rejection letter indicates that the outsourcing agency has been changed, therefore, the claim of the petitioner regularization does not arise.

Accordingly the writ petition merits no consideration and the same stands dismissed.
