Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the case will be considered and dealt with. 2.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with OEA Revision case no.2 of 2005 pending in the office and inform result thereof to petitioners within four weeks of communication.
