1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed for alleged noncompliance of the order dated 19.07.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.7499 of 2017, whereby the Petitioner was directed to reengage with consequential benefits.

3. At the time of hearing, it is conceded that the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 08.04.2019 passed in SLP(C) No.9612 of 2019 has stayed the operation of the aforesaid order dated 19.07.2018. The said interim order continues to operate till today.

4. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is disposed of.
