The instant contempt petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the common order dated 30.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.9200 of 2016 along with other connected petitions.

Learned counsel for the State points out that the aforesaid common judgment/order dated 30.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.9200 of 2016 and other connected matters was itself set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal filed by the State of Orissa reported in (2019) 6 Supreme Court Cases 270 (State of Orissa and Another Vs. Dhirendra Sundar Das and Others). 4.
