This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Direct the opp. parties to count 13 years 2 months 26 days service rendered by the petitioner under the Job Contract Establishment towards his pension and pensionary benefits in the light of the decisions passed by this Hon'ble Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex Court of India."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into consideration the order passed in the similar cases, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
