This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Direct the opp. parties to count the past service ser rendered by the petitioner under the Job Contract Establishment towards his pension and pensionary benefits in the light of the decisions passed by this Hon'ble Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex Court of India."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same

// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law and taking into consideration the order passed in the similar cases, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
