Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Considering similar request is pending with the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Keonjhar-opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-1, the opposite party no.2 is directed to look into the request of the petitioner and take a decision on the same also keeping in view the plea taken in the writ petition at least within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. In the meantime, position of the land vis-à-vis the petitioner's occupation be maintained.
