Since the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging imposition of penalty, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, if the Petitioner has any grievance with regard to imposition of penalty, he may approach the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to him.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
