This Court finds, there is development in the movement and plying of trucks of all the Transporters in the locality, may be for the active endeavourance of the Collector, Jagatsinghpur and the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur in the meantime. Mr.Puspalaka also admits on this position. There is assurance by the A.D.M., Paradeep and the Addl. Superintendent of Police, Paradeep, who are present in Court to represent the Collector and the Superintendent of Police, not to see repetition of such obstruction in future.
