This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.12192 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 24.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioner.

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has been submitted in the name of Sadhu Muduli @ Pendam Sadhu, accordingly, he has filed the bail application in the name of Sadhu Muduli @ Pendam Sadhu in the cause title. Therefore, there is no discrepancy in the name and the same does not required any modification.

In such view of the submissions made, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below immediately
// 2 // with identical proof. Learned court below is directed to verify the documents in the name of the petitioner "Sadhu Muduli" and the benefits be extended in his favour.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 24.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12192 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
