1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This is an application for modification of order dtd.28.09.2022.

3. Even though the Petitioner has exhibited the Vakalatnama and has also sworn the affidavit by indicating his name as Sribatsa Mohapatra, but in the cause title his name has been wrongly reflected as Sribasta Mohapatra.

4. In view of the same, the name of the Petitioner be corrected as Sribatsa Mohapatra in place of Sribasta Mohapatra.

5. I.A. is disposed of.
