Advocate appears on behalf of State and draws attention to letter dated 16th February, 2024 at Flag-B. It was written by the District Judge seeking extension by four months for disposal of the case as directed on order dated 8th February, 2022 of this Court. Reason given is that appellant before the District Judge made several petitions. 2.

Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of writ petitioner and submits, the order was made in February, 2022. More than a year has passed and another four months being asked for. Appellant before the District Judge has been making successive petition to delay the disposal.
