None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared even after pass over of the entire list on 23.09.2022 and the bail application was listed to today as a special chance to argue the matter. The bail application is pending since 22.09.2021 and in the mean while one year has elapsed.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
