This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 24.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequently the Petitioners came to learn that the injured has sustained five injuries as has been reported by the Medical Officer. Out of the said five injuries, four injuries are simple in nature. So far as the remaining injury is concerned, assault was on the shoulder and the same is shown to be grievous in nature. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after preliminary treatment the injured was hale and hearty and moving in the locality.

Considering such submission Paragraph-7 of the order dated 24.09.2022 is deleted and rest part of the order dated 24.09.2022 shall remain intact.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 24.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.
It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
