Mr.Das, learned counsel for the petitioners files the deficit Court fees alongwith a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record. So, the defect, as pointed out by the S.R. is ignored. 2.

Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.S.Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

According to Mr.Das, the petitioners are aggrieved by nonrelease of the compensation amount though their land/s have been acquired for construction of Daitary-Banspani Rail Link Project in Keonjhar District and though the award amount has already been quantified. He further submits that as the petitioners along with their elder brother-Sridhar Mishra are the recorded tenants, they are entitled to get the amount, and as such, they should be given their shares of compensation.

During course of hearing, Mr. Das submits that liberty may be

granted to the petitioners to approach the Collector, Keonjhar (opposite party No.1) for redressal of their grievances and further prays that the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a stipulated time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation highlighting their grievances before the opposite party No.1 within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order by Registered Post. In the event, such a representation is received by the above noted officer, he/she is directed to take a decision on such representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation, keeping in mind the interest of all the recorded tenants, vis-à-vis the land which has been acquired by the Government and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner No.4, who in turn, is directed to share such information to rest of the petitioners.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
