Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly Petitioners claim for a direction to the Revenue Authority for receiving the land rent on the basis of a mutation order already there. It is alleged that the competent authority is denying to accept the same.

Perusal of the record, this Court finds, Petitioners get support through the order at Annexure-6. This Court directs, in the event the order vide Annexure-6 remains valid as of now, there should not be any obstruction in the collection of the land revenue. If there is any doubt in possession of the Petitioners, collection, if any, shall be made without prejudice to the claim of the State.

In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to receive the arrear from the Petitioners and provide them receipt for the same, however
