Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly Petitioner claims for a direction to the Revenue Authority for receiving the land rent on the basis of a mutation order already there. It is alleged that the competent authority is denying to accept the same.

Perusal of the record, this Court finds, Petitioner gets support through the order at Annexure-6. This Court directs, in the event the order vide Annexure-6 remains valid as of now, there should not be any obstruction in the collection of the land revenue. If there is any doubt in possession of the Petitioner, collection, if any, shall be made without prejudice to the claim of the State.

In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to receive the arrear from the Petitioner and provide him receipt for the same, however receiving
