This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 24.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12202 of 2022. 3.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have several criminal antecedents of similar nature in their names, the order dated 24.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12202 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that the condition in para-6 of the aforesaid order regarding verification of criminal antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioners is hereby waived, but subject to the Petitioners furnishing cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter. However, the other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 24.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.12202 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
