appears on behalf of alleged contemner and hands up order dated 11th October, 2022 made by the First Division Bench on writ appeal moved against order dated 8th August, 2022, contempt of which is alleged. 2.

The First Division Bench made the appeal returnable after notice on 21st December, 2022. In the circumstances, this Bench thinks fit to dispose of the contempt application with liberty to applicant to apply afresh, in event there is no interference in appeal with said order dated 8th August, 2022.
