Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners alleges that the demarcation proceeding instituted in the year 2016 vide Demarcation Case No.46 of 2016 at Annexure-1 is still pending consideration for over six years.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner and expressing its anxiety in the long pendency of such dispute, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to find, if any, such proceeding is still pending and in the event such proceeding is still pending, the same should be concluded at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners, but however, providing opportunity of participation to the opponents.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
