Mr.Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to file the deficit Court fees as well as the fees towards Advocate Welfare Fund in course of the day alongwith a memo. 2.
Heard Mr. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.S.Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr.Mahanta, the petitioners are aggrieved by the quantum of compensation allowed to them in connection with acquisition of their land as per the notification dated 02.04.2016 issued by the Government of Odisha in Revenue and Disaster Management Department under Annexure-2.

In this context, Mr. Mahanta submits that after the award was made on 10.11.2017, the petitioners have received the amount under protest.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners
submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to move the Collector, Keonjhar (opposite party No.3) for redressal of their grievances and further prays that the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a stipulated time period. 6.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation before the opposite party No.3 within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order by Registered Post. In the event, such a representation is received by the above noted officer, he/she is directed to take a decision on such representation in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
