1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties informs the Court that the Opposite Parties are already before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and therefore, this proceeding cannot continue.

2. Granting liberty to the parties to file appropriate applications as they may be advised in accordance with law, the present petition is disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
