Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "issue notice to the opp. partis and after hearing the counsel for the parties this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to direct the opp. parties to pay the enhancement Grade pay of Rs.6,600/- on 3rd Finance Up-gradation w.e.f 8.6.2015 under Revised Assured Career Progression Scheme (RACPS) as per Finance Department, Govt. of Odisha dated 6.2.2013 and 8.6.2015 respectively. 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, she prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and

// 2 // taking into account Annexure-5 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
