This writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26th July, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the Odisha Information Commission in Second Appeal No.1261 of 2018. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo dated 24th September, 2022 submits that there are some inadvertent mistake in Annexures and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
