Heard Mr. M.R. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

Since there is dispute with regard to the date of birth of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, in view of the recent decision rendered by the apex Court. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum seeking for declaration of correct date of birth in accordance with law.
