This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is accused in S.T. Case No.176 of 2022 pending on the file of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Baripada, arising out of Khunta P.S. Case No.64 of 2022, offence under Sections 450/376(2)(1) IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vigilance, Mayurbhanj, Baripada by order dated 25.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the mother of the victim, who is deaf and dumb.

Considering the tenor thereof and the manner in which the offence has been committed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

7.

Accordingly, this BLAPL stands rejected.
