It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that in spite of submission of the R.I. report in the Mutation Case Nos.3650/2021, 3649/2021, 3646/2021 & 3644/2021, such Mutation Cases have not been disposed of as yet. This Court also finds, there is already a recommendation by the R.I. concerned in favour of the Petitioner and in spite of such recommendation there is no showing of any progress involving this issue.

Keeping in view the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Mutation Cases indicated hereinabove are still pending, the Tahasildar, Puri-Opposite Party No.4 shall take all possible steps to show final outcome in the Mutation Case Nos.3650/2021, 3649/2021, 3646/2021 & 3644/2021 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.

This order is, however, subject to a condition that the Petitioner will make three sets of stamp duty and Court fees by tomorrow (27.09.2022).
