This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction in the name of the Petitioner as has been described in the cause title of the bail application. It is further submitted that due to typographical error, the name of the sole Petitioner has been mentioned without mentioning the alias name.

Considering such submissions, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction. Let the correction be carried out in Court today.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 29.09.2023, but subject to

// 2 // depositing cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 5.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
