This is a clear case of reversal tactics adopted by the Petitioner. Instead of approaching for intervention in the pending proceeding, the Petitioner has straightway approached this Court with a prayer to leave to move accordingly, which is not per se permissible in the eye of law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for having no merit.
