Since the Petitioner has sufficient opportunity to raise his objection in the proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.44 of 2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if such proceeding is still pending, it would be open to the Petitioner to file his objection before the Tahasildar, Bahanaga at least within a period of seven days hence. The Tahasildar, Bahanaga is also directed to give an attention to the objection of the Petitioner before undertaking the demarcation exercise.
