1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the representation/appeal of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 pending before the Opp. Party No. 1 against the order of termination/removal from service shall not be disposed of within a stipulated time and the petitioner may be reinstated in his service and if the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient or false cause make the Rule Nisi absolute and allow this writ petition and any other relief or relief this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper;
And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till
// 2 // date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. The Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the said Opp. Party within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of this order.
6. Till a fresh decision is taken, the post from which the Petitioner has been disengaged shall not be filled up by engaging any other candidate.
