Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime, there is already service of notice on the Respondents in Mutation Appeal No.103 of 2021. On perusal of the order-sheet involving the Mutation Appeal, this Court finds, there have been several postings. However, on each occasion the matter has been deferred on account of the Presiding Officer remaining busy in PRIs Election or in Airstrip work. 3.

Considering the constraint of the Presiding Officer in not able to undertake the hearing exercise in Mutation Appeal No.103/2021, this Court while directing O.P.1 not to entrust any additional work to this Appellate Authority for at least two months directs the Appellate Authority, O.P.2 to dispose of Mutation Appeal

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
