1. The Petitioner's question for preparation of list of slums of Choudwar Municipality claiming that the list has been wrongly prepared, this Court is not entertained like is that the actual people affected are not before the Court there will be such large number, it will not be possible for the Court to entertain the dispute raising out of such petition.

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. This will not prevent actually affected persons from approaching the appropriate forum for relief.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.
