The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to finalize the proceeding initiated against him under Annexure-1 within a stipulated period.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed directing the opposite parties to finalize the proceeding initiated against the petitioner vide Annexure-1, if the same has not yet been finalized, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order.
